Mr Civil Libertarian, aka Martin, is a student of Law at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK. His current modules are Evidence law, Civil Liberties, Information and Technology law, and forensic science.
He is both a student and a capitalist, which is not all too common a combination- not surprising given the de facto state monopoly of the school system. He is also strongly for individual freedom in other areas of life.
A member of the Pirate Party UK, he is skepical of Intellectual Property in all its forms, seeing it as just another form of corporatism.
He likes getting up past noon, the music of Rush, Rock Band, and taking about himself in the third person. It makes him happy by giving him the impression he’s interesting enough to write about.
He recently switched to Ubuntu, once Windows pissed him off for the last time.
