Whelp, the AGM (Or conference. Whatever.) has come and gone. Being the one closest to the venue, I had the pleasure of being the first to arrive and the last to leave.
DK is the new leader, after Ian PJ stepped down- he did well in his stint as leader, and I’m pretty sure DK will be plenty good too. Gavin Webb takes over Communications (DK’s old gig), Greg Beaman is the chairman. Once again, I’m in the Judicial Committee. We talked about stuffs. Stuffs like corporate donations, elections, yada yada yada. All topped off by a most enjoyable chat in the pub.
T’was a good day. Same time next year then?
In the bad news department, Anna Raccoon has quite blogging. AFAICT, she was bullied into stopping- another victory for the dicks of the internet, sadly.
